Today we've lyophilized our DNA for sending to MIT.

==PCA precipitation==

We've tried a precipitation of proteins using perchloric acid. Results returned a meager calibration curve (R<sup>2</sup>= 0.63) and we've discarded this method. The curve can be seen on tomorrows lab-notebook entry.
