E. coli transformation
We performed the E. coli transformation, with plasmid (chloramphenicol resistance) + RBS + promoter. This time we used NEB protocol.
We did a miniprep and an electrophoresis in 1% agarose gel. We used 1uL of the molecular weight ladder, 2uL of our loading buffer and 7uL of H2O. The sample was comprised of 5uL of the ligation product and 2uL of loading buffer.
