We placed the plasmids of the parts we were submitting to the registry into PCR strips and taped the first tube. These tubes were then placed into a large tube, sealed, and mailed to the Parts Registry to add. There had been previous minipreps completed; however, the two above did not turn out correctly the first time. Because of this problem, they were miniprepped once more.
