Parts Assembly
Primers were designed for the parts to be asembled.
4a, 9b, 14f, 20f, 21f
Fusion Protein
The cloning attempt was repeated from scratch. Therefore new PCR reactions were prepared for all combinations of luxI and protein A. The total volumne was 6 x 50 µl.
AHL Sensor
AHL assay for part 18 was performed.
