  • Attach RBS to BBa_C0051

Step Two

  • Attach 'RBS-C0051' to a double stop (B0015)

Step Three

  • Attach 'RBS-C0051-B0015' to the Las-activated/Tet-repressed promoter (BBa_I14015)
