- Miniprepped PyeaR+GFP and PyeaR+RFP.
- Digested PyeaR+GFP, PyeaR+RFP, and pSB1C3, then ran a gel electrophoresis and gel purified. All of them were correct and gave good yields.
- Ligated PyeaR+GFP and PyeaR+RFP to pSB1C3, overnight.
Alkane Sensor
- Ligated dephosphorylated pSB1C3 to phosphorylated PalkB
