Today, we began learning different techniques of cloning from papers in Second Life. We learned more about techniques like site-directed mutagenesis, transformation, and gel electrophoresis. After that, we explored the virtual labs and learned the details of PCR, Molecular Cloning, Bacterial Transformation, and Gel Electrophoresis. After that, we did virtual presentations about the different lab technique that were recorded through Second Life.
