I'm Joël Kuiper, 22 years old. I was born in Holland an currently doing a bachelors in Artificial Intelligence. During my studies I've developed a deep interested in an area called Computational Neuroscience. The modeling of the brain and neurons by using math and computers. However during the development of this interest I realized that my curiosity extends further than just neuroscience goes into the intriguing and interesting plane between (systems)biology and computer science. And so I began investigating the areas of systems biology and eventually reached iGem as a way to improve my knowledge and skills in the area. During iGem I hope to contribute my part to this fantastic development of human knowledge and of course have a lot of fun with the team! | I'm Joël Kuiper, 22 years old. I'm Joël Kuiper, 22 years old. I was born in Holland an currently doing a bachelors in Artificial Intelligence. Next to my academic interests I love to do photography and occasionally play a computer game or two.
