Boot Camp
From June 15-22, we had iGEM Bootcamp. Avi and Professor Mordacq instructed the team on how to perform basic lab procedures. We extracted BBa_I746200 from the iGEM kit as practice. We then performed transformations, overnight cultures, and minipreps. It was very helpful.
