Amanda Chang joins the Illinois iGEM team after spending 4 years studying the mating behavior of the wild emus in northern australia. Before arriving to UIUC, Amanda relocated to Botswana where she spent time assisting in an amputee clinic. She also brings her knowledge of honey bee communication dances to the team.
