- Performed the large scale titration of PyeaR+GFP with 0M, 10uM, 50uM, 100uM, 500uM, 1mM, and 10mM potassium nitrate, aluminum nitrate nonahydrate, and potassium nitrite.
- Results show that PyeaR is more sensitive to nitrates then nitrites (just like it says on the parts registry).
- They also show that there is an increase in intensity when the concentration of the nitrate/nitrite is increased.
- Miniprepped, digested, and ran gel electrophoresis on Pu. Did not get a good band, therefore incubated more for tomorrow.
