Today, we prepared glycerol stock of the double terminator and miniprepped it. Then we digested and ran a gel (see picture attached).
We then purified both gels from yesterday and the one from today.
In the future we will always purify the gel the day we run it. All of the gels ran this week were correct, but because we purified them today instead of yesterday we did not get very good yields.
