  • Made glycerol stock and miniprepped PyeaR+GFP and PyeaR+RFP.
  • Incubated the PyeaR+reporters in 250uM Potassium Nitrate solution, and then observed under the fluorescence microscope. *All but one had fluorescence, will do more precise testing another day.
  • Incubated Pu, PyeaR+GFP, and PyeaR+RFP overnight.
