Today we redid the PCR for Pu since it did not work on Tuesday. One of the sets of primers worked.
We tried four different combinations of primers for the Pu PCR and this is the gel with the results. First is the 2-log DNA ladder, then primers 1&2 incorrect, primers 1&4 maybe, primers 3&2 incorrect, and primers 3&4 correct.
