Incubated colonies from PyeaR+reporter (pSB1C3) transformations
Made Chlora plates
Transformation results showed that ligations did not work
Digested GFP and conducted gel electrophoresis, gel purification, Dephosphorylation, and PCR purification
Ligation and transformation with pAlkB + GFP
Incubated colonies from pAlkB + GFP from previous day
