- Diluted down (1:50 ratio) the Pu+GFP+Pr+XylR to incubate until they had an OD of 0.06-0.1 on our nanodrop.
- Incubated the Pu+GFP+Pr+XylR with various aromatics, then observed under the fluorescence microscope. Did not see a significant difference between the ones incubated and the ones not incubated. Will try again later.
- Digested the parts miniprepped yesterday and ran gel electrophoresis (see attached photo)and then since the bands were correct gel purified.
