Module hydrogen

  • We ordered for almost 500€ of primers for the hydrogen module on the internet. The primers will be used to produce the resistance cassettes and the check our futur deletion candidates.
  • We ordered FNR on MrGene.com

Misc

  • extraction of the plasmid containing the Copper sensitive promoter and digestion by RCF10 enzymes.
