Quorum addiction module
- The minipreps done on the 25 failed, so we did them again.
Module hydrogen
- We stored the ldhA deleted mutant and tested again the other deletion candidate
- We continue the purification process for the deletion candidate
- We continue to try to obtain other deletion candidates
Module homologous recombination
- We digested the two resistance cassette in order to insert them in the pSB1C3
Module heavy metals detection
- We inserted the gene of the carotene behind a constitutive promoter
- We inserted the copper sensitive promoter in front of a RFP
