Quorum addiction module

  • Inventory of all the parts already ready to use.
  • Midiprep on the RBS strenght 1.
  • Miniprep on some of the parts needed (AHL degrading enzyme, LuxR, Both promoters, LuxI and RBS strenght 0.3).

Module hydrogen

  • After the PCR of verification, we found out that we obtained the ldhA deleted mutant. The other deletion candidate were all negative.
  • We continue the purification process for the deletion candidate
  • We continue to try to obtain other deletion candidates
  • We tested the insertion of tdcE with the RBS.

Module homologous recombination
