Module hydrogen

• We continue the purification process for the deletion candidate and we tried again other deletions for the other genes
• We continue to try to obtain other deletion candidates
• We digested tdcE in order to insert it into a plasmid with a RBS

Module homologous recombination

• We did the minipreparation of the cm and kan resistance cassette

Module heavy metals detection

• We tested the bacteria with the gene of the carotene and the copper sensitive promoter on a medium with copper

Other

• We did the maxipreparation of the RBS, promoter and terminator.
