Hydrogen module

• We did not had the kan resistance cassette for the gene ldhA, so we try to obtain it by a different method.
• We electroporate all the resistance cassettes for the 5 genes in E.coli MG1655.

Homologous recombination

• We made a minipreparation on the cm and kan resistance cassette inserted in the TOPO plasmid in order to sequence those two cassette to see if they are compatible with the assembly standard 10.
