Transformed bacteria were plated on Thursday Aug 19, 2010

It seems like no cultures grew anywhere except on 'LB+C” plate under:

“E4-RBS F2”, “E5a-RBS F2” and maybe “E2-RBS F2”

Will grow them overnight –> add 3mL LB and 3uL Amp

“E4-RBS F2” x 2

“E5a-RBS F2” x 1

“E2-RBS F2” x 1

Grow overnight in the shaker @ 37C
