Transformation of BL21 RIL strain with MinC expression plasmids

Transformation with pSB1A2-pT7-B0032-MinC was succesfull. No colonies were observed on pSB1A2-pT7-B0034-MinC plate (the latter transformation being repeated three more times in the following days, with identical results)
