Preparing glycerol stocks of Anderson's RBSes/GFP [Ania P., Jarek]
1. Glycerol stocks of clones with constructs: J61100/GFP-terminator (sample 2.1), J61101/GFP-terminator (sample 3.1), J61107/GFP-terminator (sample 4.1), J61117/GFP-terminator (sample 5.1), J61127/GFP-terminator (sample 6.1).
2. Alkaline lysis of these clones to examine the correctness of constructs.
