In order to test our software in real condition, we have performed a screening of the entire iGEM registry with GenoTHREAT. We took the version of the registry of the 30th of July. This registry contained 9526 sequences, which length vary between 0bps to 66879 bps. The following table gives an overlook of the structure of the registry:
