Steps of database moves forward today, I begins to complete the third part of database—Reaction. It is a tough work, however I manage it. A series of reactions are added into the whole database: amp_E_coli, bid_AHL3920_2_luxR161_2_pluxI192, dmr_AHL3920_2_luxR161_2, sup_tm_pSB1A3, trans_AHL3920.
