Double Digest of pduA, pduB in BBF RFC 53 manner. => failed in A...T.T => Digest pduA again.
Ligation of pduJK (solutino I & solution I+II)、pduNU、plasimd with RBS.
Add 1mM IPTG in bacteria in LB to induce protein production in 16℃、30℃.
