Production Team

Transformation of the ligation products in E. coli DH5-α and waited one night to see the hopeful colonies in plates.

Assembly Team

Minipreps of 2+4 and 2+5 inocula. Analytic digestion of these. Digestion, ligation and transformation of 1+2+4, 2+5+3, 2+6 and 2+7.
