Module I, group 2(b)

Use the series-1 primers to PCR the fragments in SuperMix system. Purify and measure the concentration.

PCR system (SuperMix): 

 H2O	        22μl
 primer1	1μl
 primer2	1μl
 template	1μl
 SuperMix	25μl
 Total	        50μl

Module I, YX and ZY's part

We transformed competent E. coli cell, trans5a and placed the cells onto LB media with Kanamycin. Waiting for the colonies to grow! Excited!
