PCR amplified the second round of the resistance genes.

Ligated to T vectors as before.

Module I, group 2c

12h after digestion, run a gel and cut the band conaining digested vector and purify it with kit.

Measure the concentration of the purified product.

Dephosphorylate the digested vector with AP.
