Statistics

What do you need to make the alkanivore?

We needed 1 team with 3 supervisors and 9 students that made 10 pratical jokes and baked 11 cakes to make up for our jokes. For a good group sphere we went on 12 outings. To analyze the public opinion we held 22 interviews. To make 47 new BioBricks we used 178 liters of LB medium. Then we started with the experiments by performing 256 ligation reactions, 372 plasmids isolations and 1372 PCR reactions. Because the experimetns did not always went as expected we had 1127 sleepless nights. But the next day we travelled 11032 m to the lab with new energy. We pick up our pipet again and use 24877 pipet tips. In the end we made the BioBricks and sequenced 350000 basepairs. In the complete project we grew 1.000.000.000 bacteria. To finance our project we needed ...... euro.
