About us: We are 13 students from vastly different fields like Medicine, Biochemistry & Microbiology, Chemistry, Physics and Philosophy.

The project in 1 minute: We want to modify an E.Coli, so that a colony will be able to establish a liquid flow thorugh through a microtube. On top of that we want to have control over the flow, in terms of strength, direction and duration. This will be achieved through phototaxis and modified flagellae expression.
