For pSip-1 and pRab-7: Program run using HIFI with an extension time of 12 s and annealing temperature of 58 °C.

For pMec-7: Program run using HIFI with an extension time of 30 s and annealing temperature of 56 °C.

Used 0.4 g agarose in 60 mL TBE. Gel run for 40 mins at 100 V.
