- We ran a crazy gel and cut it up a whole bunch.
Gel Electrophoresis

pSip-1::eGFP, pRab-7::eGFP, pMec-7::eGFP
Used 0.3 g agarose in 40 mL TBE. Gel run for 40 mins at 100 V.
Gel Extraction

Microinjection
