We performed the E. coli transformation again, with three BioBrick parts. In order to check the success of the extraction, we made an electrophresis in a 1% agarose gel.
Electrophoresis
0,7g of agarose weew dissolve 70mL of TBE 1X.
In each well, we added 2ul of loading buffer and 5ul of the sample. Final volume 7ul.

The bands that were obtained corresponded to the expected results and this proves the success of the plasmid DNA miniprep.
