Digestion of the PCR product (which contains the mutated and purified Rh1AB gene) with the restriction enzymes EcoR1 and Pst1.
V µl DNA 10 BSA 0.5 EcoR1 1 Pst1 1 Buffer 2 3 H2O 14.5 FV 30
Incubation for 3h at 37°C
Results: There are no bands to be seen, we think this is possibly because we there wasn't enough amount for the run.
