1. Today we are running another electrophoresis gel of a phenol-chlorophorm quick screening from plate 10. Again. We repeated the process from the 24th with 10 colonies.
Results: To the samples 3, 5, 6, 9 and negative control perfomed a 'dirty miniprep'
2. We are also testing the positive miniprep products from the previous gel and also the ligated parts of promoter + RBS and the GFP + Terminator.
3. Also we tested the digestion with Pst1 to the same samples 3, 5, 6, 9.
We also tested these samples to find out if they were cut by Pst1. cuadro
