iGEM Panama

Ran an agarose gel of the ligation and the plasmid

Digestion of gene with Pst1 in order to test cut sites.

Three hours at 37°C

Disactivated for 20 minutes at 60°

Result: Bands are not observed (we think that this happen because the samples sizes were small.
