Digestion of terminator (This has nothing to do with Arnold's peristaltic movements)
Today we did the plasmid terminator digestion with the Xba1 and Pst1 enzyme.
3 hours at 37°C and 20 minutes at 80°C disactivation.
Agarose Gel 1%
Size of insert: 151 bp
Size of Plasmid: 3168 bp
