It's 10am and we are taking 3 colonies of the transformed bacteria for each of the different parts and we inoculated them in LB broth for 16 hours at 37ºC.
NOTE: The colonies had an abundant growth, except for the terminator. The negative control doesn't have any growth, as expected.
The colonies were incubated into tubes, corresponding to three tubes per plate:
1. Miniprep
2. Miniprep
3. Glycerol Stock
Note: The terminator plate was discarded due to contamination
