Pseudomonas aeruginosa genomic DNA extraction
Today we made the genomic DNA extraction of the Pseudomona aeruginosa, we used using the Wizard Genomic DNA purification Kit (Cat # A1125) and performed the gram negative bacteria DNA extraction protocol.
We also placed the parts again to grow in liquid media and then we'll use a different kit for the parts extraction.
