Chromosomal DNA Extraction of B. Subtilis Strain 168 and 3610

Aim:

Materials: LB Broth, B. Subtilis Strain 168 colonies and B. Subtilis Strain 3610 colonies,

Procedures:

1. 5ml of LB Broth is pipetted into a universal tube, two tubes of each strain were prepared.
2. Loop is heated to pick colonies from agar plates.
3. All tubes are left overnight in the 37°C room.
