Hydration of yneA synthesised BioBrick

Aim

To rehydrate the synthesised yneA Biobrick.

Matherial and protocol

1. The dehydrated DNA is resuspended in 0.5 ml of distilled water.

Transformation of yneA BioBrick into E. coli

Aim

The aim of the experiment is to transform yneA into E. coli to obtain yneA stock.
