Hydration of yneA synthesised BioBrick
Aim
To rehydrate the synthesised yneA Biobrick.
Methods
- The dehydrated DNA is resuspended in 0.5 ml of distilled water.
- NanoDrop is then used to analyse the concentration od yneA.
Transformation of E. coli
Aim
Transforming yneA into E. coli so that we have plenty of stocks to future tests.
Materials and Protocol
Please refer to transformation of E. coli
