Handling Primers

Handling of primers received:

- Short spin the primers

- Add autoclaved, sterile, distilled water to primers (take volume from accompanying sheet of paper, column: Vol. for 100pmol/µl) and mix gently (don’t vortex).

- Take new tubes and fill in 90µl autoclaved, sterile, distilled water and add 10µl primer stock solution -> 1:10 diluted

- Freeze primer stock solution and use diluted solution
