&nbsp;&nbsp;We have developed simple and effective tuberculosis antigen detecting method with modified antibody in yeast. Our project is based on FGFR-STAT1 pathway which is in human. We added fusion antibody and GFP to decide existence of antigen. In other words, this yeast emits light when antigen is attached.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Tuberculosis is one of the most deadly disease which has taken lots of people's lives since the history of mankind. It is true that tuberculosis is rarely detected in a developed country, but still it is prevalent in a developing country. So, accurate and rapid tuberculosis diagnosis method has been always demanded.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Furthermore we expect our project can be applied to diagnosis of other diseases such as malaria or cancer through simply changing antibody. Lastly, we sure that our project can be a new way of diagnosis and used for eradication of disease in developing countries.
