Cookies aux 3 chocolats
Pour 20 cookies :
- prép 15min
- cuisson 8 à 10min
Matériels et méthodes :
- 75g de beurre à température ambiante
- 175g de sucre muscovado (ou roux)
- 1 oeuf
- 150g de farine à levure incorporée (ou 150g farine + un sachet de levure)
- 2càs de cacao en poudre
- 100g de choco blanc haché ou en morceaux
- 100g de choco au lait haché ou en morceaux
- Mélangez le beurre et le sucre ds un saladier jusqu'à l'obtention d'un mélange mousseux.
- Incorporer l'oeuf la farine et le cacao et mélanger jusqu'à ce que la pate soit onctueuse
- Incorporer le chocolat
- 8 à 10min au four préchauffé à 180°C
- Laisser durcir
