Synthetic miRNA Kit

This Kit has everything you need to construct a personalized gene expression vector controlled by synthetic miRNAs and miRNA binding sites. In our notebook, you will find out how to create shRNA-like miRNAs and referring binding sites using an oligo and PCR based system.
