Various biobricks where transformed in order to have them ready for eventual further experiments

The following Biobricks where transformed into the pNZ8901 backbone

Fluorescent proteins: GFP, Cyan, Yellow

Promoters: pBad/araC promoter, lacI regulated promoter


Modellers: Write pieces about modelling for the wiki, do some more literature research and modelling. Joël, Laura, Djoke Start writing information standard Arend Find information about the killswitch system and write an introduction for the wiki about killswitches. Laura

Left Groningen for internship, so no more labwork, but mentally supported the rest of the team that contuinued.
