BioBrick → GenBank
We created this tool to allow any BioBrick to be downloaded with annotations in GenBank format. This allows import into many DNA editing programs, e.g. ApE.
Note: you can access the GenBank formats directly from the Parts Registry by going to Tools > GenBank format. You may need to clear your cache first (press control-F5 on a Registry page).
The source code is available under a Creative Commons attribution, share-alike license.
